Because majority of our products are custom and made to order, we have a STRICT NO REFUND policy. We do take pride in our customer service so we reserve the right to sometimes offer new order discounts or a store credit, on a case by case basis, depending on the issue.
If there are any defects caused by us, the manufacturer, with the product you have purchased, we will EXCHANGE the product within 30 days of receiving the product. Please use the "Contact Us" link to submit an inquiry on how to exchange your item.
If you so choose to order and paint for yourself our "bare steel" products whichever color you like, once painted, this does void the manufacturer's warranty.
There is an additional charge of $50.00 if you would like us, the manufacturer, to paint or add custom lettering to your product. If you would like us to paint your product please use the "contact us" option to place a "custom" order.
Please allow 7 to 10 BUSINESS days for your item to arrive. Custom orders are normally 10 business days. [This does not include weekends.]
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST.
